Like HM Insurance Group (HM), my roots are in Western Pennsylvania. But a few years ago, I headed west to Phoenix to take on the role of regional vice president, Sales, for the company’s West Region. My assignment was to become engrained in the area and work to expand HM’s reach there.
There is so much energy and potential across this diverse and dynamic region. I’m excited that we’re actively investing in it by connecting with broker partners from the Southwest to the Pacific Northwest (and everywhere in between) to help self-funded employers obtain the right Stop Loss coverage and provide the in-market support they deserve.
Whether creating opportunities with the local teams of our national partners or getting to know regional brokers throughout each territory, we understand that building relationships is essential to success, as it has been for HM Insurance Group from the very start.
Our commitment to the West is more than just words. We've strategically expanded our physical presence with a strong network of offices in the key markets of Phoenix, San Francisco, Denver, and Seattle. While we’ve consistently maintained offices in Phoenix and Seattle over the years, we recently added Denver and brought back a dedicated sales team to San Francisco after a bit of a hiatus. Having this regional presence is vital, but what truly matters is having the right people in place to manage the business.
So, we’ve assembled an outstanding sales team, comprised of experienced professionals who are deeply rooted in the communities they serve. They are Stop Loss experts committed to understanding the unique needs of the brokers and employer groups throughout their markets.
