Natasha Iqbal serves as regional sales vice president, Special Accounts. In this role, she is responsible for leading the underwriting and sales capabilities to grow and maintain the HM Stop Loss book of business with one of HM’s largest national producer partners.
With nearly 30 years of Stop Loss underwriting experience, her expertise covers rate development for both new and renewal business, managing retention, and monitoring profitability. She works closely with a large national producer to build and strengthen relationships, manage growth and monitor profitability across the block.
Natasha joined HM Insurance Group’s Underwriting team in 1998 and then again in 2005 after a few years of underwriting for Symetra. In 2008, she was promoted to the marketing underwriter position, working closely with a national producer partner, and was promoted to the regional vice president role in June 2025.
Natasha earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
