Victor (Vic) Parker serves as regional sales vice president for our Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions, for HM Insurance Group. In this role, he is responsible for the Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, New England, New York, and Washington, D.C., territories.

With more than two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry, consistently driving market growth and managing significant books of business, Vic’s areas of expertise include: Stop Loss sales and account management, broker relations and self-funded healthcare strategies.

Vic joined HM in 2014 as account manager, Syracuse Regional Sales Office. After two years, he accepted the position of director, Cincinnati Regional Sales, where he successfully grew and maintained a profitable book of business. In February 2020, Vic moved to the New York Regional Sales Office as a senior regional sales director II, until accepting the regional sales vice president position in 2026.

Prior to joining HM, Vic was a stop loss specialist at Sun Life Financial and a marketing account manager at First Niagara. He earned both a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA from State University of New York at Oswego and just completed a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Mount St. Joseph University. A recipient of multiple "40 Under 40" honors, Vic's commitment to community service was further recognized through his selection as a Jefferson Award recipient. Notably, he helped to start and is on the Board of Directors for Cincinnati Animal Care, the animal rescue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
